"I hired SunRay Overhead Doors on 1/5/26 after other garage door companies failed to make the necessary repairs. Ray did a professional assessment and didn’t try to up sell me. While other garage door companies tried to sell me a new garage door, Ray did not. He instead was honest and very educational explaining in detail what the problem was. We have to remember that misbehaving garage doors can occur because spider webs are blocking the electric eye sensors for the garage door. "I contacted three companies about my garage door opener which was making noises. The first asked for pictures, told me that it was too old to fix and it would cost between x and y to replace. They cancelled their appointment because the technician fell ill. The third came in and tried to see me a replacement for twice what the other two proposed.
